The abstract of the talk is as follows: “The goal of this talk is to introduce Social AI, the domain aimed at making sense of human behaviour in terms of social and psychological phenomena. After illustrating the key-ideas underlying Social AI, the talk will provide an example of the way the domain works, from the collection of data, to the development of appropriate approaches, and to analysis and interpretation of results. Finally, the talk will provide an overview of current Social AI activities at the University of Glasgow, in view of possible collaborations with the University of Umea”.
